I was very distressed when I rang the surgery and the receptionist was really good and calm and helped me as I was struggling to speak. I got to see the Dr the same day and she was incredibly kind and helpful and understanding.
Time after time the people that have your health in their hands produce kindness and help always.
I would certainly recommend your practice, I am very rarely ill but the service I have received over the past 2 months has been marvellous from Dr Flora and all the staff.
Only a 10 min wait after my appointment time, Dr was very nice and got appointment the same day.

The length of time taken for receptionist to answer the phone and the chances are all appointments have already been allocated.
Repeat prescription cut for diabetic tablets to a 3 day supply. This is a blackmail tatic to force patients to attend for regular check ups. I work away a lot and struggle to make appointments as I am on call a lot of the time, is a terrible practice if not down right dangerous.
Unfortunately we have had some problems with our telephone system for quite some time, there are plans for a new system over the next few months. As we are in rental accommodation we have to wait for the IT department to arrange the installation. We sincerely apologise for this problem. Online appointments are available every day from 7am via our website.
Whilst we understand the frustration of only receiving 3 days supply of medication, it is more dangerous for us to continue supplying medication without having regular blood tests and reviews. We only ever do this as a last resort after we have tried numerous times to arrange a suitable review appointment. We would suggest contacting Mrs Judith Southart at the surgery where she will be able to arrange your diabetic appointment to fit around your work pattern.
