Please find below an important announcement from Dr Aggarwal:

"It is with a heavy heart that I will be leaving Springfields on the 21st June 2023.  I started with the practice almost 13 years ago and it has been the most rewarding job I have done. The practice has filled me with pride and the team is like family. It has been an extremely difficult decision to leave but due to personal circumstances it is the right decision for me. 

I will miss all of my patients, many of whom I have built a close relationship with. Thank you to all my colleagues who I will also miss dearly and I am confident will continue to manage the practice to a high standard."
